Rates

These rates include all legal taxes and fees,  daily housekeeping service, 24/7 local assistance, and a welcome pack. Prices are applicable to a maximum of 6 guests. 
The rates include the new Climate Resilience Tax (10 euros per day).

Payment Terms and Conditions:

• 30% advance payment is required to secure all bookings. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days before arrival.
• Balance is required 30 days before arrival.
• Payment accepted in Euro by direct bank deposit
• Credit cards are also accepted, please contact us.

The advance payment will be applied towards the rent.  The advance payment is not a security deposit. If the Tenant terminates their stay before the departure date for any reason, the rental price paid is not refundable. Termination must be made in writing. The date of termination is considered to be the date the document is received by the Advertiser. In any event or circumstances that are unforeseen and unavoidable and out of our control, like natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fires, earthquakes, wars, epidemics or diseases and generally “force majeure” issues that may cause our obligations and performance to be prevented, we cannot accept or pay any liability or compensation.
